This role is based in Seoul, with regular travel across South Korea and occasional regional or international travel.

  • Represent Verkada in Market: Attend industry events, trade shows, and partner engagements to grow awareness and strengthen relationships across Korea’s security and IT ecosystem.

What You Bring

Experience: 10-15+ years in channel sales, partner management, or a hybrid technical–sales capacity, ideally within security, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.

Technical Acumen: A solid technical foundation, able to act as a one-stop shop for partners, covering sales enablement, technical pre-sales, and program management.

Track Record of Success: Proven experience building and scaling partner ecosystems, achieving revenue targets, and driving mutual growth through channel relationships.

Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.

Strategic & Operational Agility: Equally comfortable setting long-term strategy and executing day-to-day partner activities.

Collaborative Mindset: Works effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver partner success and market impact.

Location: Based in Seoul with flexibility for frequent travel.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
