Field Marketing Associate
As we aim to move upmarket, we are cognizant that in-person marketing programs play a crucial role in showcasing our vision and products with regional decision makers to generate net new enterprise pipeline.
You will work alongside regional Field Marketing Managers to help support logistics and processes, from initial stages of planning through post-event follow up. You will enable the FMMs to execute a full calendar of strategic, regional events alongside local sales teams and partners, driving a net new pipeline.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing field marketing events such workshops, executive dinners, lunch & learns and virtual events, supporting Field Marketing Managers to drive their growth against quarterly goals.
- Manage event logistics end to end - from venue sourcing, contract management, stakeholder scheduling and communication to post-event follow up
- Help streamline campaign management setup and post-event follow using Marketo and Salesforce
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, venues, and other partners, ensuring favorable terms and timely deliverables
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams throughout the event process
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or related marketing roles.
- Proven ability to execute, day in and day out, at an incredibly high level against consistent results
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
- 0 inbox mentality
- Entrepreneurial drive & mindset
- At least 2 years of experience having coordinated and organizations the logistics of events

- Salesforce.com and Marketo/Hubspot
Pay Disclosure

With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
