Global Experiences Program Manager (Events)
Who We Are
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the end-to-end logistics of global events, including sports and hospitality programs, channel partner programs and conferences. Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts to ensure smooth execution of all events. Oversee event execution, ensuring all elements run smoothly and meet expectations. Analyze and report on event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Plan and coordinate events specifically designed for channel partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, gathering feedback to enhance future collaborations. Manage and enhance our sports and hospitality program, including partnerships with venues, teams, and sponsors. Coordinate exclusive experiences for clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality engagement at events.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in event planning or project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in event management software and tools
- Willingness to travel as needed for events.
- Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting for events.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Sports Hospitality or a related field.

Pay Disclosure
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate’s skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Verkada’s total rewards package. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
Estimated Annual Pay Range
$112,500 - $125,000 USD
