What You'll Do
As an Enterprise Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive business outcomes by identifying, scoping, and leading high-impact projects from 0-to-1. Once live, you’ll often continue to drive optimization opportunities to ensure that initiatives are delivering the expected outcomes.
- Conduct Elite Analysis: Apply first-principles thinking to break down complex business challenges, conduct rigorous analysis, and synthesize actionable insights. You'll execute complex analyses with minimal supervision.
- Drive Project Management: Own and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring successful execution and delivery of key initiatives in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Influence and Communicate: Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to executives. Your ability to communicate, influence, and persuade will be key to your success.
- Operate Hands-On: Roll up your sleeves and get things done. You'll work through obstacles, troubleshoot operations, and ensure solutions are implemented effectively.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Build trust and foster strong cross-functional partnerships, becoming a go-to resource for critical business decisions & execution.
- Exhibit Extreme Ownership: Demonstrate an extreme degree of ownership and grit. You will not let go until a problem is solved for good, ensuring sustainable solutions.
What You'll Need
- Exceptional Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional projects from conception to completion, delivering measurable results.
- Superior Communication & Interpersonal Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to diverse audiences. Proven ability to build consensus and influence decisions without direct authority.
- Business Savvy & Common Sense: A strong understanding of business fundamentals, market dynamics, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Self-Driven, Hands-On Operator: Ability to take initiative, work autonomously diving into operational details, and drive projects to successful execution with minimal supervision.
- Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to deconstruct complex business challenges into manageable components, analyze complex data, identify root causes, and apply first-principles thinking to arrive at innovative, practical solutions.
- 5+ years of Operational and/or Compliance Experience (Major Plus): Prior experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, Management Consulting, and/or deep understanding of compliance requirements (like SOx) within a fast-paced global environment is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Annual Pay Range
At Verkada, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

$150,000 - $185,000 USD
