About the Role
We’re looking for an Integrated Producer to join our Brand Creative team, helping bring bold ideas to life across web, digital, print, and field marketing touchpoints. You’ll be the operational and strategic engine that connects creative vision with top-notch execution.
As an Integrated Producer, you’ll collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, creative production and cross-functional teams to produce work that’s as thoughtful as it is beautiful. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift, and you’ll bring structure, clarity, and creative problem-solving to every project. This role will report into our Senior Creative Director.
You’ll be part of a collaborative creative team that’s shaping how our brand connects with the world. We move fast, think big, and value creativity as much as craft. You’ll have the chance to lead impactful work, influence how ideas come to life, and help define the creative culture at one of the most innovative tech companies in the world.
We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.
What You'll Do
- Lead production from concept to delivery across a range of integrated projects — web, digital, print, field marketing, user conferences and internal events.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring creative teams have what they need to do their best work.
- Partner with creative and design leadership to scope work, identify dependencies, and manage expectations with stakeholders across marketing and other parts of the company.
- Serve as the gatekeeper for the design team by prioritizing and managing incoming requests, protecting the team’s time while balancing capacity and business needs.
- Communicate clearly and diplomatically with stakeholders at all levels across the company to set expectations and maintain alignment.
- Oversee external vendors - source, book and onboard external freelancers, photographers, and agencies.
- Help manage creative assets and deliverables in collaboration with our Production Design Manager.
- Become an oracle for brand, design and marketing evergreen assets and helping keep our creative library up-to-date.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively solve for roadblocks, balancing creative ambition with practical constraints.
- Champion process improvement and collaboration tools that enhance how creative and cross-functional teams work together.
- Ensure operational excellence, delivering work that’s on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and product goals.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in integrated production, creative project management, or creative/design operations — ideally within a tech, design, or agency environment.
- Deep understanding of the creative process — from strategy and concept through design, production, and delivery.
- Experience managing multichannel campaigns and collateral (digital, social, video, experiential, web, or product-focused).
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills; adept at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional partners in fast-paced, iterative environments.
- A passion for creativity, design, and innovation — and the ability to balance creative vision with business goals.
Bonus Points
- Experience with creative automation, AI, or tech-driven storytelling.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Notion, Asana, etc.)
- A background in both brand and product environments.
- Video and film experience.
