Senior Marketing Operations Manager, EMEA

London

Who We Are

Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform that includes solutions for video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management.

We’ve got serious momentum in the market: more than 30,000 customers (including 100+ of the Fortune 500), a $5.8B valuation, more than $1 billion in annualized bookings, and backing from CapitalG, Sequoia Capital, General Catalyst, Felicis Ventures, Next47 and more. Physical AI is one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time, and Verkada is at the center of it.

You can look at all kinds of communities to see our platform’s impact in the world. It's the retailer that uses our agentic AI to deter theft before it happens. The warehouse that uses AI-powered alerts to make sure its team is protected on the floor with proper PPE. The school that’s alerted to a threat in real-time and triggers a lockdown in seconds, not minutes. We’re rapidly scaling this impact: today, more than 2 million Verkada devices are deployed across 170+ countries.

About the Role

Our Marketing team brings together marketing operations, engineering, data, and AI to make complex go-to-market work easier to manage. We create reliable systems that help marketers work more effectively, move with greater speed, and deliver measurable business results.

As a Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you will lead the campaign operations foundation that supports demand generation while helping shape how AI changes the way our Marketing team works. You will use automation, agents, connected data, and accessible technical solutions to reduce repetitive work, improve execution, and create new capabilities across Marketing.

This is a collaborative, hands-on role for someone who enjoys supporting critical marketing systems, working through evolving business needs, and developing practical solutions. Success will be measured by faster execution, improved pipeline outcomes, higher-quality data, and sustained adoption of the systems you help create.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our office in London five days a week.

What You'll Do

Develop AI-Powered Marketing Systems

  • Identify valuable opportunities to apply AI and automation across campaign operations, lifecycle marketing, events, lead management, reporting, and research.
  • Design and deploy agents, automations, internal tools, and integrations using platforms such as Gumloop, Claude, Workato, Retool, APIs, and lightweight code.
  • Connect workflows with the systems, data, and organizational context they need, including Salesforce, Marketo, data warehouses, and internal knowledge resources.
  • Develop successful prototypes into dependable, reusable systems with appropriate controls, documentation, and measurement.
  • Assess adoption, output quality, and business impact, then refine or retire solutions based on what you learn.

Lead Marketing Automation and Campaign Infrastructure

  • Serve as a collaborative technical and operational partner to marketers running multi-region campaigns.
  • Guide and improve lead ingestion, enrichment, routing, lifecycle management, consent, and sales handoff processes.
  • Translate campaign requirements into scalable systems and self-service workflows that reduce manual effort.
  • Manage and improve Marketo and Salesforce workflows, integrations, field mappings, data quality, and governance.
  • Support complex marketing programs, including events, webinars, demos, intent signals, and lifecycle campaigns.

Improve How the Team Operates

  • Partner directly with marketers to redesign end-to-end workflows rather than automating isolated tasks.
  • Prioritize projects based on revenue impact, time saved, execution speed, risk, and opportunities for reuse.
  • Support teammates in using AI and automation tools effectively and becoming more self-sufficient over time.
  • Monitor system health, lead flow, and data quality, and coordinate the resolution of issues before they create broader disruption.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Data, Security, Legal, and Privacy to create solutions that are timely, reliable, and responsible.

What You Bring

  • Five or more years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform such as Marketo or HubSpot.
  • Experience creating automations, integrations, internal tools, or AI-powered workflows that have been adopted by their intended users.
  • Comfort working with data, APIs, and technical systems. You do not need to be a software engineer. You should be interested in building, troubleshooting, and continuing to develop your technical skills.
  • The ability to understand complex or evolving business needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions.
  • Clear communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in identifying opportunities, reducing bottlenecks, and making recurring work more efficient.
  • We recognize that qualified candidates may not meet every listed requirement. We encourage you to apply if your experience is closely related and you are excited to grow in the role.
  • Must be willing and able to commute 5 days in office.

Additional Experience That May Be Helpful

  • Experience with tools such as Gumloop, Claude, MCP servers, Workato, Retool, n8n, Zapier, SQL, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Experience developing or maintaining reusable prompts, agents, templates, or AI-enabled workflows.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
