As our business looks forward and drives innovation throughout our market leading technical solutions, we look to engage a committed, full time, Business Support Administrator to support compliance across our Mobile Speed Camera Operations in NSW.

This is a permanent, hybrid, full-time position, working from our Silverwater office.

The role

Join our Mobile Speed Camera Operations team as a Business Support Administrator and play a vital role in enhancing road safety across NSW! You’ll help ensure our Mobile Speed Camera Program runs smoothly and effectively. Your role will support coordinating deployment sessions and supporting the highest standards of compliance across the program. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, helping to onboard new Mobile Speed Camera Operators (MSCOs), supporting training and development, and ensuring vehicles are certified and ready to go. As a detail-oriented Business Support Administrator at Verra Mobility you will: 

  • Handle Escalations and Queries: Respond to issues and escalations from the Adjudication Team, clients, Compliance Manager, and Network Operations Centre.
  • Data and Error Management: Monitor pre-verification queues and maintain databases, resolving errors and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Support Operations and Compliance: Assist in recruitment, onboarding, vehicle certification, and ensure compliant operations by reviewing surveillance reports and coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct Assessments and Inspections: Assist in site suitability and risk assessments, conduct WHS inspections, and maintain safety equipment across depots.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare internal and external KPI and SLA reports and communicate program performance updates to managers.
  • Participate in Special Projects: Support special projects like vehicle rollouts, depot activities, and certification days, ensuring smooth operations and service improvements.

Who are you?

The ideal candidate is meticulous and driven, with excellent time management and organisational skills. You excel in analytical and problem-solving tasks, ensuring responsibilities are completed to a high standard. A team player with strong communication skills, they work well with diverse stakeholders and suggest improvements proactively. Experienced in fast-paced operational and compliance related roles, they manage confidential information with integrity. Proficient in MS Office and platforms like ServiceNOW, they understand client contracts and service agreements. A valid Australian Driver’s License, a commitment to road safety, and a Cert IV in Business Administration (pref) or equivalent administration support experience are essential.
