Position Overview
The Sr. Processing Specialist in our Sun City, Arizona office is responsible for performing a variety of ADOT functions along with using Verra specific applications. Applicants will perform duties such as: assist in person clientele; examine vehicle titles, registrations, and other documents to determine authenticity for processing; processing titles and registrations; being able to research, advise, interpret, update, consult, collaborate, guide, and resolve problems related to ADOT statutes, policies, and procedures. Finally, applicants will be the lead liaison when needed.
What you’ll do
- Provide clear feedback to Customer Support agents in a professional and positive manner
- Review errors flagged by system and implement proper corrections
- Assist with special T&R projects from leadership on an as-needed basis
- Process various transactions pertaining to ADOT following regulations, policies, and procedures in addition to keeping a daily quota.
- Perform paper trailing process to identify and resolve document related issues
- Oversee general inventory and ADOT inventory. Be able to perform record keeping, ordering plates/decals, and any other State/Verra related items.
- Perform State audits on batch work and attend all ADOT classroom webinars
What we’re looking for
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong PC skills including basic proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to use various equipment including computers, copier, scanner, and mail opening machine
- Strong attention to detail and quality driven
- The ability to problem solve using analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others
- Skills in reading records and resolving complex issues under stressful conditions with customer records or policy interpretation
