The Role

Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, the Training Administrator is a pivotal role that ensures our clients are thoroughly trained and well-supported. In this role, you will assist in delivering comprehensive training programs for both new and existing clients. You will help design and implement training initiatives that enhance product knowledge, service delivery, and overall client experience.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with various teams to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that support end users efficiently and effectively in utilizing our products. This role requires a keen understanding of training methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

 What You'll Do

  • Ongoing Training: Support ongoing training and education for new and existing clients on products, processes, and best practices
  • Client Training: Assist in coordinating and delivering on-site and remote training events and programs for clients, ensuring they can effectively use our products and
  • Feedback and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making necessary improvements
  • Documentation Management: Help maintain client-facing documentation and the Learning Management System (LMS), LearnDash
  • Training: Assist in coordinating and delivering on-site and remote training events and programs for clients, ensuring they can effectively use our products and services

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field -or-
  • Associate degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with training platforms, video editing software, and e-learning creation tools
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to design visually appealing and educationally effective training materials
  • Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create training content
  • Comfortable facilitating training sessions both in-person and remotely
  • Creative problem solver with a flexible and teachable mindset
  • Capability to listen to clients and provide collaborative feedback on best training practices.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and master new software and systems
  • Experience in technical writing
  • Familiarity with tools like Articulate 360, Storyline, and LearnDash is a plus
