The Role 

The Versaterm Public Safety Partner Success Team creates and sustains supportive relationships with our public safety partners. Everything we do originates from our desire to support the needs of our partner agencies.

Partner Success Managers (PSMs) create and support meaningful relationships with their assigned partner agencies to drive value, reduce/manage churn, help solve customer problems by introducing new product offerings as well as ensure ongoing customer renewal. The Partner Success Renewal takes a comprehensive approach supporting the tactical renewal process for and with the PSM so that the renewal is accurate and on time. They also work with the PSM to prepare quotes for customers for new product offerings, and other.

What You'll Do

Managing Renewal & Quote Process

  • Create quotes for customer accounts in support of PSM renewal motion
  • Track renewals in Salesforce and supports PSMs regarding quotes and annual recurring revenue (ARR) percentages expected for the product
  • Support the quote creation process for upsells and ensures alignment with revenue recognition, ARR, product, pricing, etc.
  • Confer with PSM on all renewals and quotes
  • Ensure each opportunity in Salesforce is kept current according to Close Date, Subscription Start Date, Next Step Due Date, Contact Details, Invoicing Details, and other as required
  • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders as required
  • Update Salesforce on discrepancies and interface with PSM, Versaterm Sales Operations and others regarding any concerns with subscription dates, ARR, etc.
  • Liaise with Finance and Revenue Operations for PSM regarding questions about accounts in arrears and those at risk

Salesforce Reporting and Other Support within the Operations Team

  • Create reports as required to track opportunities including, renewals, quotes, ARR, etc
  • Create reports of opportunities by status (by status – award, secure, closed/won) for capacity planning and other
  • Conduct QA reviews and create SF reports to aid in this activity to ensure SF opportunities are updated with all required details and information as needed
  • Create ad-hoc reports as required
  • Liaise with Finance, and other functional areas to answer questions and ensure SF opportunities align with the contracts/projects in the financial system, and other
  • Update historical SF opportunities with new product SKUs, and other, as required
  • Update, create and keep current process documentation
  • Provide general operational support

What You Bring

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a mastery-level use of Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Management; candidates with equivalent experience will also be considered
  • Strong working knowledge of finance operations and renewal motion
  • A well-organized, self-directed team player willing to work cooperatively with teammates, has a resourceful mindset and strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
