The Role
We are seeking a data-driven and forward-thinking Senor People Analytics & Planning Analyst to power strategic decision-making with insights that shape how we scale and support our workforce. In this role, you will analyze people, payroll, and compensation data to identify trends, forecast workforce needs, and support planning across the organization. You’ll play a key role in helping our company grow efficiently and equitably in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Working for the Manager of Workforce Transformation and collaborating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and the Talent function, you will help ensure we have the right workforce in place to effectively and efficiently support organizational decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze workforce data (headcount, attrition, hiring trends, internal movement) to inform strategic people planning
- Partner with HRBPs, Functional leaders and Talent Acquisition to align hiring plans with business needs
- Support in building and maintaining workforce forecasting models to support organizational growth
- Analyze payroll and compensation data to support salary benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and compensation planning
- Support annual compensation cycles (merit increases, incentive plans) through scenario modeling and data validation
- Deliver clear, data-driven dashboards and reports in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights to HR leadership, business partners, and executives
- Continuously improve processes around people data collection, analysis, and reporting
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, FP&A, or a related field—preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
- Advanced Excel skills—you're comfortable with dynamic models, complex formulas, and large datasets
- Experience analyzing compensation and payroll data in collaboration with HR and Finance
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, BambooHR)
- Experience in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments
- Bonus: experience supporting comp cycles or managing compensation data during planning periods
