The Role
You’ll be a driving force behind expanding our market presence with state government-sponsored victim notification programs. You’ll engage with potential customers on a personal level, understand their needs, and showcase how our products/services can add value to law enforcement agencies, district attorneys, and the citizens within those states.
As the Community Connect Account Executive, you will work closely with the Territory assigned Account Executives on the following:
- Identify and pursue potential opportunities.
- Deliver compelling and informative presentations to showcase product/service features and benefits.
- Serve in a consultative sales role and provide subject matter expertise to the education market on technology that supports their overall safety needs.
- Foster strong connections with customers through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales goals while maintaining a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Skillfully negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure agreements that align with company objectives.
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Effectively organize and prioritize leads, opportunities, and customer interactions to ensure a streamlined sales process.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in SaaS technology, preferably in the law enforcement sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and managing a large, complex sales pipeline
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory up to 25-50% of the time
