The Role 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist support the day-to-day operations of our HR function. This early-career role will focus on executing core HR processes, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting a seamless employee experience. You’ll also assist with basic reporting and HR metrics to help the team make informed, data-backed decisions. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, and a passion for improving HR efficiencies through technology and data.

What You’ll Do 

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, etc.). 
  • Maintain HR databases and records, ensuring a high degree of data integrity, including accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and other documentation. 
  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR systems and other tools.   
  • Run basic HR reports and support the preparation of dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, DEI metrics) 
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations. 
  • Foster a positive work environment by supporting HR programs and ensuring a seamless employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. 
  • Evaluate and improve HR workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while keeping automation opportunities top of mind. 
  • Support the execution of program launches, new initiatives, and policies led by other areas of the People & Culture team. 
  • Support and maintain current talent programs. 
  • Provide exceptional support to employees, answering questions and ensuring a smooth employee experience 
  • Assist with system updates, audits, and troubleshooting as needed 

What You Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR support or coordination role 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Basic experience in HR software (ADP, BambooHR, Greenhouse), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). 
  • Interest in using data to improve HR operations and track key metrics 
  • Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset 
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-moving environment

  • Familiarity with HR systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse ATS, AwardCo, LinkedIn Learning, and ADP) 
  • Analytical skills with experience in HR data reporting and metrics.
