No recruiting experience? No problem. We’re looking for a strong leader with the ability to motivate, strategize, and execute in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
You will:
- Develop & Execute Recruiting Strategies – Partner with clients to deliver top talent.
- Coach & Elevate Your Team – Conduct training, performance reviews, and hands-on coaching.
- Own Client Relationships – Manage strategic client interactions, quality control visits, and problem-solving.
- Drive Sales Growth – Build and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and lead pipeline sales calls.
- Lead with Vision – Plan and delegate order fulfillment, recruiting, and team operations.
You have:
- Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
- A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture
- Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills
You will:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members.
- Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges.
- Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
- Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions.
- Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
You have:
- Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
- A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture
- Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills
Pay: $75,000-$95,000 base salary (monthly bonuses too!)
Location:
Berwyn, Illinois This is an in-office role with some travel to local client sites.
