
Staffing Manager (Business Development & Recruiting)

About the position: In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our business growth and client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, business development, and leadership—who can identify and win new business while mentoring a high-performing team. You’ll lead new client acquisition efforts, conduct outreach and cold calls, and meet with key decision-makers to understand their hiring needs and offer strategic staffing solutions.
While recruiting experience is not required, this position requires a strong sales mentality, ability to close deals, and a leadership mindset to develop the branch’s success.
You Will:
- Drive Sales & New Business Growth: Prospect, cold call, and schedule meetings with potential clients to expand our market presence.
- Manage & Strengthen Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and strategic staffing solutions.
- Lead & Mentor the Branch Team: Train and develop internal staff to improve service delivery and recruitment success.
- Oversee Operations & Service Delivery: Support the branch staff in day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless client and candidate experiences.
You Have:
- Proven success in a sales-driven role (B2B sales, business development, or staffing industry experience preferred).
- Leadership and team management experience—ability to coach, motivate, and develop staff.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals.
- High-energy, self-motivated mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets.
Location: Aurora, CO
Pay: $77,000-$86,000 annually plus monthly bonuses
