About the Role If you're someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and making meaningful connections, this role could be a great fit. You’ll spend your days making calls to local businesses, visiting client sites, collaborating with hiring managers, and guiding job seekers into new opportunities. This role combines elements of recruiting, customer service, and consultative sales.
You will:
- Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Strategize and create service delivery plans
You have:
- At least two years in a client-facing role
- At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
- Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.
Pay: $26-$33/hour plus monthly bonuses
Location: Richardson, TX
