About the Role
In this role, you’ll connect with local businesses every day to understand their workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions that make an impact. You’ll make sales calls, visit clients onsite, collaborate with hiring managers to plan staffing strategies, and guide jobseekers toward meaningful employment.
You will:
- Source and identify top candidates to fill open positions
- Make outbound calls to connect with and schedule meetings with prospective clients
- Coach, mentor, and support placed candidates, including basic payroll management
- Build strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients
- Develop and execute service delivery plans that drive business results
You have:
- At least two years of experience in a client-facing role
- At least two years in a position requiring you to meet sales goals or monthly quotas
- A proven ability to solve customer and employee issues with creativity and professionalism
Pay: $30-$36 + bonus
Location: Tukwila, WA (onsite)
