Staffing Specialist – (Bilingual Spanish/English) - Kenosha, WI

About the role
As a Staffing Specialist, you’ll help bridge the gap between candidates looking for work and clients looking for the right people. A big part of the role is staying in close contact with both — helping candidates through the hiring process while supporting client hiring needs day to day.
You’ll spend your time interviewing and onboarding candidates, filling job orders, answering questions, and helping work through issues when they come up. Because this role supports Spanish-speaking talent, fluency in both Spanish and English is important.
This could be a great fit for someone coming from retail, customer service, hospitality, or another people-focused role where clear communication, organization, and follow-through matter.
What you’ll do
- Interview and onboard candidates
- Match people to jobs based on their skills, goals, and fit
- Support client hiring needs and help fill open job orders
- Stay in close contact with candidates and clients by phone and email
- Perform reference and background checks
- Support candidates and clients through challenges with empathy and professionalism
- Visit client sites as needed to build relationships and support client needs
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- 1+ years of lead, supervisory, or team-level responsibility in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Comfortable spending a large part of the day on the phone
- Able to stay organized and shift between priorities
- Professional, dependable, and thoughtful in how you work with people
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Reliable transportation for regular client-site visits

Pay: $18.50 - $25.00 per hour
