If you thrive on building relationships and creating new business opportunities, we'd love to meet you. Our Downtown Seattle Branch is growing and looking for a Recruiter to join our team. You'll work with world-renowned companies across a wide range of professional industries, partnering with clients to solve workforce challenges while helping candidates take the next step in their careers.
About the Role
This is a relationship-driven sales role where no two days are the same. You'll prospect new business, strengthen client partnerships, conduct onsite visits, recruit top talent, and develop staffing strategies that create lasting value for your clients. If you enjoy connecting with people, thinking strategically, and delivering results, you'll fit right in.
You will:
- Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Strategize and create service delivery plans
You have:
- At least two years in a client-facing role
- At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
- Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.
Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Location: Seattle, WA (On-site)
