About the Role

As a Recruiter, you’ll connect jobseekers with opportunities while building relationships with local businesses. Your day will include interviewing candidates, making sales calls, visiting clients, partnering with hiring managers, and helping people take the next step in their careers.
This isn’t a behind-the-scenes recruiting role. You’ll spend much of your day talking with people, whether that’s connecting with candidates over the phone, reaching out to prospective clients, or visiting businesses in the community.
Coming from retail or hospitality? We’d love to hear from you. The skills that make you successful there translate well to recruiting: building relationships quickly, creating great experiences, juggling competing priorities, solving problems, and working toward goals.
If you’re outgoing, motivated, comfortable picking up the phone, and ready to turn your people skills into a career in recruiting, this could be a great next step.
You will:
- Identify quality candidates to fill open positions.
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and payroll management for placed candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients
- Strategize and create service delivery plans
You have:
- At least two years in a client-facing role
- At least two years of experience in a position that required meeting monthly quotas or sales goals.
- Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues creatively and effectively.
Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 an hour + monthly bonus opportunities
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)
