What We're Looking For:
This is a strategic commercial role responsible for driving long-term, sustainable revenue growth through the development, expansion and commercialisation of Captify's data partnerships.
The role focuses on identifying and building high-value partnerships that extend the reach of Captify's data beyond its core media proposition, unlocking new revenue streams, accelerating adoption across strategy, activation and measurement, and enabling the commercial team to bring innovative products and solutions to market.
Working cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Marketing and Legal, this role will shape partnership strategy, negotiate commercial agreements, and build scalable relationships that deliver mutual value and support Captify's wider business objectives.
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of the data and adtech ecosystem with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills and a track record of creating strategic partnerships that drive measurable business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute Captify's commercial partnerships strategy, identifying opportunities to drive incremental revenue and expand the reach of Captify's data solutions.
- Identify, qualify and secure new strategic partners across the media, adtech and data ecosystem, with a clear focus on long-term commercial value.
- Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from opportunity identification and outreach through commercial negotiation, contracting and launch.
- Build trusted senior-level relationships with partners, gaining a deep understanding of their commercial objectives, data strategies and growth opportunities.
- Develop joint business plans that drive adoption, revenue growth and long-term partnership success.
- Grow existing partnerships by identifying opportunities to cross-sell, upsell and introduce new products, markets and use cases.
- Collaborate closely with Captify's Commercial teams to create shared pipeline opportunities and maximise revenue across all channels where Captify's data is available.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal and other internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships are successfully onboarded, operationalised and supported.
- Work alongside the Commercial Partnerships Account Manager to ensure partner SLAs are consistently achieved, whilst proactively identifying new opportunities to increase engagement and value.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and inform commercial strategy.
- Act as the internal voice of the partner, sharing market feedback and collaborating with Product teams to influence future product development and innovation.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and regular reporting on partnership performance, commercial progress and future opportunities.
- Work closely with UK Commercial Leadership to identify partnership opportunities that strengthen and support Captify's core business and go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial partnerships, business development or data sales within media, adtech, martech or digital advertising.
- Proven experience developing and growing strategic commercial partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising, audience data and identity landscape.
- Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Legal and Finance.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong attention to detail.
