Monitor pipeline results, triage failures, reduce flakiness, and turn automation feedback into actionable insights so the team can ship with confidence and speed.
  • AI-Assisted Quality Engineering: Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as part of the daily testing workflow to speed up test design, test case generation, automation scripting, and defect analysis. Build, maintain, and share reusable AI skills and agent workflows (for example, skills that verify Jira acceptance criteria, generate Maestro flows from app exploration, or triage incoming bug reports).

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and willingness to share knowledge and learn from others.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Testing Tools: Proven ability with testing tools and software, such as bug tracking systems and test case management tools. Familiarity with UI and API automated testing frameworks.
