Overview

As a Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple concurrent Flutter-based and/or Native Mobile projects. You will collaborate closely with engineering leads, product managers, designers, and clients to ensure programs are executed efficiently, within scope, and with a high standard of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple Flutter and/or Native Mobile projects, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
  • Work directly with clients to define goals, align expectations, and manage communication across all stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and QA to scope projects, estimate resources, and build realistic delivery timelines.
  • Monitor progress, create status reports, and communicate updates to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings to promote agile best practices.
  • Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and blockers proactively.
  • Contribute to continual process improvement and tooling that enhances team velocity and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in program/project management, with at least 2 years managing software development projects.
  • Proven experience managing mobile app development initiatives, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Availability to travel once per quarter.
  • Availability to work during U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in project tracking and communication tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Bachelor's degree, (in a technical or business field is a plus), or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Technical literacy to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks—Flutter/Dart experience is a plus.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus, (but not required).

Total Rewards

VGV wants all employees to be supported in their personal and professional development, so we take a comprehensive approach to compensation and benefits. The annual base salary for this position is expected to range from $105k-$135k. We benchmark every role based on location and against comparable companies to ensure competitiveness; however, actual compensation is highly dependent on numerous factors such as location, experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications and other job-related factors.
