IT Intern – Wakefield, MA (Onsite Only)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
Organize and maintain IT resources
Contribute to automation efforts by working with tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Logic Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and APIs
Assist in identifying manual processes and developing scripts or workflows to improve efficiency
Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, or Python
Interest in or experience with automation tools and concepts (PowerShell, Logic Apps, Power Automate, APIs)
Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management
Exposure to or experience with Salesforce is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
