About This Role

IntelliDyne is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead the design of IT solutions for growth proposals for federal customers with a focus on enterprise infrastructure.

The selected candidate will possess exceptional strengths in analysis, written & verbal communications, technical design, IT operations, service delivery, program management, and problem solving This role will primarily involve determining and documenting value propositions to include the people, processes, and tools of an IT services solution for the federal government. As an individual contributor, this role requires collaboration between capture managers, proposal managers, technical writers, business analysts, subject matter experts, partners and customers.

The candidate will possess a strong understanding of the federal marketplace for IT services, the business development lifecycle, and proposal process. Demonstrate experience leading solution development for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Act as the lead technical resource for the business development group
  • Conceive, design, and document effective solutions for successful bids throughout the capture and proposal lifecycles
  • Preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, White Papers, Orals, and demonstrations the emphasize business value
  • Developing concept of operations (ConOps) graphics to illustrate solution features
  • Ensuring win themes are promoted and expressed in solution concepts
  • Reviewing potential opportunities against company capabilities to determine if growth pursuits are worthwhile, including past performance strength, gap analysis, and partnering needs
  • Contributing to the assessment and interpretation of proposal instructions (L&M) to determine proper response approach
  • Provide strategic and tactical support to assist business areas and programs in retaining and growing both new and current work
  • Estimating the cost of technical solutions that satisfy the requirements of growth opportunities
  • Coordinate “reach back” with technical subject matter experts (SME) within IntelliDyne to obtain specific knowledge or expertise to address technical issues.
  • Develop realistic staffing plans along with supporting basis of estimates (BOE)

Qualifications

  • BA/BS with a concentration on information technology
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading solutions for growth opportunities
  • Ability to write compliant and compelling proposal content in a timely manner
  • Propensity for quickly learning and understanding the company’s capabilities and service offerings
  • Strong knowledge of information technology, including all layers of the IT stack
  • Experience implementing any of the following capabilities:
    • Modern frameworks, methodologies, and principles for IT delivery such as ITIL, CMMI, SIAM, Agile, DevSecOps
    • Enterprise information systems essential to business operations of a large organization built for reliability, availability, and scalability
    • Large scale cloud migration (application, data, infrastructure)
    • Defensive cybersecurity solutions including RMF and Zero Trust
  • Broad knowledge of COTS software application products and solutions.
  • Ability to lead projects / proposals and provide technical oversight to ensure alignment with strategic goals & objectives.
  • Maintain technical proficiency with the latest technologies, trends, standards, & products.
  • Experience developing lifecycle cost estimates for technical solutions.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Position of Public Trust security clearance
  • Must be able to travel as needed (up to 20% of the time)

 Desirable Qualifications:

  • Operational experience on a government program including maintenance of legacy systems and modernization of infrastructure
  • Experience with analytics, automation, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies
  • Project Management Profession (PMP),AWS, Azure, SAFe, or ITIL Certification(s)
  • Proven track record in advancement of new and modern technology solutions and program execution
  • Ability to leverage key company investments against emerging business development opportunities
  • Assisting with win theme development
  • Proven track record in working with strategic growth plans or transformation road maps
  • Experience working in a CMMI Level 3 or higher delivery environment
  • Healthcare IT industry experience
