Brand Marketing Manager

Summary:

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the growth of the Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP) business. This role requires a strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and event marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative and data-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Management:
    • Oversee the development and execution of VPP's brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
    • Manage the creative team, including a graphic designer, to produce high-quality marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content, social media graphics, etc.).
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and curate engaging content for VPP's social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
    • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies based on performance.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Work closely with the Business Development team to develop and implement lead generation campaigns, including targeted advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Track and analyze lead generation performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Event Marketing:
    • Manage marketing presence at industry conferences, including booth design, staffing, and promotional materials.
    • Plan and execute marketing activities for annual company-wide event.
  • Public Relations:
    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to build brand awareness and position VPP as a leader in the veterinary industry.
    • Secure media coverage in relevant industry publications.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Manage and optimize VPP's digital presence, including website, blog, and online advertising.
    • Improve search engine visibility through SEO and SEM initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with project management and budget management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Experience in healthcare marketing ­­­­­­­­is a plus.
