• Conduct regular site visits to build relationships, assess hospital operations, and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Oversight:
• Review financial performance for each hospital, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Develop and execute action plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and efficiency targets.
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to plan and implement expense control programs, optimizing resources without compromising quality of care.
• Work with hospital teams to identify and execute revenue-driving activities, such as service line enhancements, client retention initiatives, and local marketing strategies.
Team Development:
• Coach and mentor Practice Managers and other hospital leaders, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify staffing needs, support recruitment efforts, and address employee relations matters.
• Facilitate training and development programs to ensure hospital teams are equipped to deliver exceptional patient care and client experiences.
Strategic Alignment:
• Work closely with the VetEvolve corporate team to align regional and hospital-level goals with company-wide objectives.
• Drive the implementation of corporate initiatives, including technology rollouts, marketing campaigns, and operational enhancements.
• Represent VetEvolve’s mission, values, and culture in all interactions with hospital teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all hospitals adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in veterinary medicine.
• Promote a safe, clean, and compliant environment for staff, patients, and clients.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in multi-site management, ideally in the veterinary, healthcare, or service industries. Previous experience working with consolidators or private equity-backed companies is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve financial and operational performance.
- Experience with expense control and revenue-driving initiatives.
- Comfort with travel and a remote work environment.
