Are you ready to combine your love for animals with your outstanding customer service skills? Arnold Veterinary Hospital is excited to offer a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) position where you can thrive in a supportive and dedicated veterinary setting.

Compensation for this role is $18–$22/hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for overtime. Our full-time employees receive a generous benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, a scrub allowance, pet discounts, and more (see full list below).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service:

  • Front Desk Expert: Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage bookings efficiently to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

  • Client Communication: Educate clients about preventive care, services, and treatment recommendations.

  • Payment Handling: Process payments and invoices with professionalism and empathy.

  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns with care and find solutions quickly.

Community Engagement:

  • Follow-Up Care: Reach out to clients after visits to ensure satisfaction and answer any follow-up questions.

  • Event Participation: Assist with educational events, seminars, and community outreach when needed.

  • Digital Outreach: Help create and share engaging content for our hospital’s online presence.

  • Paid Time Off: 40 hours annually (accrued; includes vacation, sick time, and MD safe leave)

  • Paid Holidays: 6 holidays after 90 days of employment

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in any client-facing role is required.
