Job Application for Education Expert - Reviewer at Vetto

We’re recruiting specifically to review and improve scenarios used to train AI teaching assistants.

Your job isn’t to “grade answers.” It’s to think like a real educator and spot what makes a learning interaction — then upgrade weak scenarios so they actually test the model.

Who can apply

Tutors and highly didactic teachers (STEM and Humanities)
Educators with strong pedagogy and learner-centered teaching approaches
Professionals who can explain complex ideas clearly (not just deliver content)

Compensation
Payment will be US$ 30 per approved task, converted and paid in your local currency.

Each task takes approximately 40 minutes, which corresponds to an effective rate of about US$ 45 per hour.

Before you say “Yes — this is the right learning plan / next step,” what do you always double-check? List, and for each one, briefly say (e.g., misdiagnosing the issue, wasting time, demotivating the student, teaching the wrong level).

When the student is pushing for the “wrong thing” (shortcut, skipping fundamentals, cramming, asking for answers), how do you handle it?

Tell us about a time you slowed down or changed direction to prevent a student from failing later (or giving up). What triggered your decision? What signals did you notice? How did you explain it the student? What did you do instead?

Turn teaching into something observable: how do you know the student truly learned? Include an example of a question/task you’d use.
