## 🏢 About Vetto

Vetto is a global platform that connects top-tier professionals to strategic Artificial Intelligence projects around the world. Our mission is to build trust, quality, and long-term value within the AI ecosystem, for both exceptional talent and companies operating at the forefront of technology.

## 📖 About the project

We're recruiting coding, data, and automation experts to review and improve real-world technical scenarios used to train AI assistants. Your job isn't to write tutorials. It's to think like a senior engineer: identify logical flaws, edge cases, bad practices, and decision trade-offs — then upgrade weak scenarios so they truly test technical judgment.

## 👤 Who can apply

• Software Engineers / Developers (any stack)

• Data Analysts & Data Engineers

• Automation & Workflow Specialists (n8n, Make, Zapier, etc.)

• Anyone who writes and runs code professionally — Python, JavaScript, SQL, or any language

## 🧩 Selection

In this application, you will answer questions following the instructions below. If selected, you will be invited to review real case scenarios as part of the project.

## 💰 Compensation

Payment will be US$ 30 per approved task, converted and paid in your local currency.

Each task takes approximately 40 minutes, which corresponds to an effective rate of about US$ 45 per hour.

## 🤑 Refer People -> Earn Money

If you’d like to refer someone, you can earn $20 USD for each approved referral. To participate, go to the Opportunities page on the platform (https://work.vetto.ai/opportunities) and click “Refer & Earn” to share your personal referral link.

‼️ AI is not allowed. If we spot AI use, we’ll block the application.

⚠️ This application form must be completed entirely in English.

Be specific — include the language/tools, the logic you applied, and what could go wrong if someone implemented it incorrectly

We want to understand how you think when things go wrong — not just that you fixed it.

This can be from a real experience or a hypothetical. We want to see your critical judgment as a reviewer.
