What You’ll Do

• Build and own Vetto's financial function from the ground up — processes, controls, and governance.
• Drive FP&A: forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital end-to-end.
• Own budget vs. actual analysis and build management dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable & receivable and treasury operations.
• Lead revenue recognition, margin analysis, and receivables financing.
• Support fundraising processes and investor due diligence.
• Partner directly with co-founders on financial strategy and key business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in FP&A and financial operations.
• Experience at a Seed / Series A or B startup or high-growth company.
• Proven ability to build financial processes, controls, and governance from scratch.

Must-have:

• Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Consulting background with a subsequent startup stint.
• Experience supporting fundraising rounds and investor reporting.
• Exposure to international treasury across multiple currencies.
• Familiarity with financial modeling for AI/tech business models.
