VP, Revenue Operations
Role Overview
As the VP of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, processes, and enablement across the entire revenue generation lifecycle. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to build and optimize the systems, data, and operations that power the company's go-to-market engine.
You Will:
- Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy to support the company's business goals and growth objectives
- Own the design, implementation, and optimization of the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement, and analytics platforms
- Establish standardized processes, playbooks, and best practices for key revenue operations functions such as lead management, opportunity management, channel management, and customer success
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic decision-making around GTM, product, and customer experience
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and other stakeholders to drive revenue operations initiatives that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer outcomes
- Oversee the revenue operations team, including talent management, professional development, and performance optimization
- Identify and implement new revenue operations capabilities, tools, and techniques to enhance the company's competitive edge
You Have:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related business operations role, ideally in the B2B software/technology industry
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing revenue operations teams
- Expertise in revenue operations disciplines such as analytics, forecasting, process improvement, and technology implementation
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders around shared goals
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Hands-on experience with leading revenue operations platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Tableau)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
