About the Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly-organized Executive Assistant to the Co-Founder & CEO of Veza. As our EA, your responsibility is to enhance our effectiveness through administrative support and to represent Veza and the Founder/CEO to others both internally and externally.  As the right-arm to the Founder/ CEO and their success, you will have a high amount of visibility and will work cross-functionally in a hyper growth, fast paced startup environment


You will

  • Provide top level executive support to the CEO
  • Strategic time management, heavy calendaring, and domestic and international travel coordination as required
  • Expense management and account reconciliation
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information with utmost discretion
  • Develops, implements, and executes projects related to executive’s area of responsibility
  • Is required to decide issues which have a substantial effect on the executive’s area of responsibility
  • Consistently works on complex assignments requiring independent action and a high degree of initiative to resolve issues
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and key business partners to facilitate communication and information sharing
  • Coordinate aspects of onsite and offsite meetings and events
  • Other tasks as identified


You have

Education

    • BA/BS required or equivalent experience

Experience

    • 6+ years of CEO/Executive Administrative support in both a late-stage startup and large organization required

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
