- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify contract requirements, resolve potential roadblocks, and ensure an on-time close.
- Manage escalations related to contract questions, negotiations, and customer requests.
- Negotiate renewal terms that align with customer needs and company goals.
- Proactively identify signals of opportunity to generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.).
- Track, escalate, and forecast at-risk opportunities to minimize churn and maximize retention.
You Have:
- A hands-on approach with 3+ years of experience in Renewals Management, Customer Success, or Account Management within Enterprise SaaS.
- Demonstrated ability to engage directly with customers, roll up your sleeves, and get transactions done.
- A strong track record of success in driving renewals and retention while managing pipelines with both transactional and strategic deals.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to become a trusted advisor to customers.
