You Will:

Sales Operations:

  • Design, manage, and continuously improve sales operations processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Optimize Salesforce CRM workflows, including data management, reporting, and pipeline forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure pipeline health, revenue performance, and sales productivity.
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue teams to align on lead management, MQL routing, and campaign attribution.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales process, improving deal velocity and win rates.

Deal Desk:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Finance to review and process quotes, contracts, and pricing approvals efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide recommendations on pricing strategies, discount structures, and deal terms to ensure profitability and compliance.
  • Establish scalable processes for handling complex deal scenarios, including non-standard terms and customer requests.
  • Maintain and improve Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools to streamline deal management and execution.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for deal-related questions and ensure timely resolution of issues.

You Are:

  • Experienced: 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, deal desk management, or a similar role, ideally within a B2B SaaS or security company.
  • Technically Proficient: Deep knowledge of Salesforce CRM (certification is a plus) and experience with CPQ tools; familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
  • Process-Oriented: Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational processes across revenue functions.
  • Collaborative: A team player who excels at aligning diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail in contract and deal execution.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or identity industries.
  • Familiarity with advanced pricing models and contract management workflows.
  • Background in mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or similar) in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

At Veza, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. For this position, the reasonably expected pay range can be discussed with your recruiter for the level at which this job has been scoped. Your base pay will depend on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and skills. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply. This position is also eligible for equity and a competitive benefits package.
