Sr Manager, Deal Desk & Quote to Cash

About the Role:

Veza is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Senior Manager to own and scale our end-to-end Quote-to-Cash operations. This includes leadership of the Deal Desk function and stewardship of our quoting platform, Nue.io CPQ. The role is critical to driving operational rigor, pricing governance, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product.

Initially an individual contributor role, this position offers a clear path to team leadership as the business continues to scale. It will have strong executive visibility and involve regular collaboration with the CEO, COO, VP of Finance, VP of Product Management, and GTM leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity to accelerate deal velocity, reduce risk in contracting, and enable scalable revenue growth across direct and partner motions.

We’re looking for a hands-on BUILDER — someone who thrives in ambiguity, leads with accountability, and knows when to lean in, simplify, or reimagine systems that aren’t keeping up.

Strategic Deal Desk Responsibilities

  • Serve as the executive point of contact for complex enterprise deal structures and approvals
  • Partner with Sales, Pricing and Finance teams to design and propose deal structures that balance customer needs and revenue optimization with company goals
  • Lead deal review process for non-standard terms, coordinating with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely approvals
  • Partner with Sales and leadership to evolve discounting strategy, pricing policies, and non-standard contract terms
  • Support both direct and channel sales motions, including partner deal structuring and international quoting compliance
  • Manage day-to-day quote support operations and provide support across new business, upsells, and renewals
  • Review and approve complex quotes, ensuring compliance with internal pricing, discounting, revenue recognition and legal standards

Quote to Cash Responsibilities

  • Own the company’s Quote-to-Cash strategy, ensuring scalable, efficient workflows across GTM, Legal, and Finance
  • Act as the business owner & primary system admin for Nue.io CPQ and collaborate with RevOps Systems, IT, Pricing and Finance to drive roadmap priorities and enhancements
  • Own Nue.io CPQ configuration and maintenance, including product catalog, pricing logic, and approval workflows
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve QTC systems, reduce friction, and accelerate revenue conversion
  • Define internal SLAs and KPIs for quote approvals, exception trends, and approval times
  • Deliver training and documentation for Sales and CS teams on quoting processes, policies, and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 8 – 10+ years in RevOps, Deal Desk, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong grasp of subscription pricing, contracting, and enterprise deal structures
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and related CPQ applications
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and represent QTC at the leadership level
  • Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Bonus Points

  • Experience with CLM tools (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
  • Experience as a system admin for Salesforce.com
  • Background in security or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with direct and channel sales models

Our Culture

We’re driven to build a strong company culture and are looking for individuals with solid alignment with the following:

  • Ownership Mindset
  • Act with Integrity
  • Guardians of our Customers

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
