We have an exciting opportunity within our Programmatic team. We are currently looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join the team in Sydney. 

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will architect and manage high-performing digital campaigns across Programmatic. By bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic planning, this role leads the programmatic execution in campaign creation, real-time optimisation, and comprehensive reporting. The primary focus is to elevate product performance through data-led testing frameworks and expert management of programmatic marketing spend.

 Key responsibilities will include:

  • Execute end-to-end omnichannel campaigns across self-service and managed DSPs to deliver acquisitions & retention on target
  • Manage daily budget allocations, bid strategies and cross-exchange pacing to maximise ROAS and optimise total programmatic spend across multiple brands
  • Lead real-time campaign adjustments (brand & acquisition), including site-list pruning, PMP deal health checks and frequency capping to ensure optimal efficiency 
  • Own and steer external relationships with key DSP partners, agencies, media & data vendors and  solutions technology to scale efforts and test emerging channels   
  • Cross-functional liaison, collaborating with internal stakeholders (paid media, product, data & analytics and customer engagement) to align with acquisition and brand goals and minimise disruption
  • Serve as the programmatic expert, translating complex auction data into actional growth insights for all our brands
  • Lead the creation and evolution of data-driven persona frameworks that categorise players based on their motivations, playing styles and risk of churn
  • Implement a testing roadmap to validate persona hypothesis, using programmatic feedback loops to refine segment definitions and improve LTV
  • Cross-functional alignment across Paid Media, Product & Customer Engagement (CRM) teams to ensure consistent user experience from ad click to in-game experience

What you will bring to the role:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Acquisition/Performance Marketing with a focus on Programmatic.
  • Experience in competitive, performance driven environments with a track record of success (eg. CPA & Ad spend efficiency).
  • Demonstrated digital media experience in the ad tech industry, ad serving and ad management technologies.
  • Working knowledge of DSP platforms: TTD, Amazon, DV360, Adobe, Xandr, Mediamath and more.
  • Good understanding of Adserving & MMP tools: CM360, Flashtalking, Appsflyer, Firebase, AdForm is required. 
  • Good understanding of Analytical tools: AAS, GA4, DoubleVerify, IAS is required.
  • Good understanding of CDPs & DMPs is required.
  • Advance experience with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint & Excel.
