We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Creative team, we are currently looking for a Digital Designer to join the team.

The Digital Designer produces high-impact visual creative across a wide mix of digital and static channels. You are an ambitious mid-weight designer eager to expand your commercial acumen, present concepts to stakeholders, and grow within the team. You bring a keen interest in performance marketing—particularly creative automation and dynamic asset generation. Familiarity with UX/UI design, HTML/CSS, and CMS platforms is highly regarded.

 Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver fresh conceptual thinking, typography, and visual craftsmanship across paid social, display, web, email, and occasional print touchpoints. Partner with design leadership to concept best-in-class content across our product suite.
• Act as a brand guardian by ensuring color palettes, typography, and visual equities align strictly with established brand guidelines. Articulate design rationale with confidence while remaining receptive to feedback and iteration.
• Structure and maintain digital design files and brand asset libraries. Manage multiple priorities to ensure all projects hit benchmark quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Review engagement analytics, creative performance data, and team retrospectives to continuously optimize visual creative and production processes.
• Foster an open, supportive studio culture and build productive relationships across marketing and the wider business to champion the creative team's work.

What you will bring to the role:

• 3–5 years of commercial design experience delivering campaigns across online and offline channels within an in-house or agency environment.
• A qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or equivalent practical industry experience, backed by an active portfolio showcasing strong layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and multi-channel campaign rollouts.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and modern digital design tools such as Figma.
• Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end creative lifecycle, from initial brief through to production and final delivery.
• A working knowledge of HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, or motion and animation design, alongside an interest in creative automation
• A growth-oriented approach with strong communication skills, problem-solving capability, commercial curiosity, and a collaborative style that thrives in a diverse, fast-paced team.
