Senior Live Ops Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Live Ops Specialist to join our global Marketing team and drive our player engagement and loyalty strategy.

In this role, you will help maintain an engaging onsite customer experience by coordinating the setup, testing, and delivery of timely, relevant messaging and centralized metagame features, working with the wider LiveOps team to build a high functioning integrated LiveOps ecosystem. As part of this role, you will be working closely with the marketing, product and analytics teams, ensuring that these features run smoothly and accurately to deliver an exceptional  and personalised experience to our players.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Owning the implementation, execution, and optimisation of Metagame features on Chumba Casino: including Quests, Loot Boxes, Free Spins, Lobby Management and other new and existing Mini Game offerings.
• Using these Metagame features to reward loyalty and drive retention of our players as well providing timely insights on the performance of these efforts on retention. 
• Contributing to the strategisation, development and eventual optimisation of an integrated Live Operations ecosystem. 
• Assist our player facing teams in trouble shooting Live Operations escalations or issues when the Australian team is offline. 
• Mentor junior Live Ops team members (in the medium term), fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

What you will bring to the role:

• 4+ Years experience in digital operations with gaming experience essential.
• Experience in live operations, with a strong focus on driving monetisation and retention through live campaigns & optimisations.
• Expertise in strategic planning with experience in schedule, budget and campaign management.
• Analytical skills and experience with data analysis, statistics and experimentation methods including A/B testing.
• Creative problem solver with a strong innovation mindset.
• Sound understanding of performance metrics and player motivations. 
• Proficient in workflow and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, Slack, Office, GSuite) and customer engagement platforms. Bonus points for Braze.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in gaming loyalty is a bonus.
