Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Our People & Culture team in Toronto are currently looking for a Senior Organizational Development Specialist to join the team.
As an Organizational Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for the design and implementation of organizational development programs that align with company goals and objectives.This position is responsible for conducting organizational assessments, diagnosing challenges, developing and implementing effective OD programs and supporting leadership development.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Design and implement organizational development strategies and programs that align with company goals and objectives
- Provide analysis, interpretation, observations, recommendations and action planning based on employee survey results including employee engagement, 360 feedback and other organizational assessments
- Develop and facilitate training workshops and programs on topics such as culture change, leadership development, team effectiveness and performance management
- Collaborate with People Partners and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop efficient & cost-effective solutions to address them
- Develop and implement projects on a variety of leadership, culture and organisational effectiveness topics
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Analyse data and metrics to evaluate the impact of OD programs and interventions on employee performance and retention
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline
- Certification in relevant areas such as change management (e.g., Prosci), leadership development, or organizational behaviour preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully implementing OD initiatives
- Self-sufficient and experience working in the technology, gaming or adjacent industries preferred
- Strong understanding of organisational behaviour, change management principles, and adult learning theory
- Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, workshops and team interventions
- Experience with 360 feedback and psychometric testing preferred
