We have an exciting opportunity to join our Engineering team in Poland and are currently looking for a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to join the team.
As a Staff Engineer on our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in providing technical leadership and guiding our infrastructure product teams to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and capable of supporting future growth.
We're proud to offer this opportunity as a fully remote role based in Poland, giving you the autonomy to manage your work in a way that suits your lifestyle and preferences. We have an office in Krakow, and occasional travel there may be required.
What you should know about our Engineering team:

The main technologies you will use include AWS, Kubernetes, DynamoDB and Kafka.
What you bring
- Proven experience with AWS or other cloud-based architectures.
- Familiarity with DynamoDB or related databases
- Experience with Kafka for streaming services.
- Ability to design and optimise systems for scalability and performance.
- Ability to implement, coach and share their strong understanding of application architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
