Senior Product Designer

VGW is an interactive entertainment company, harnessing technology and creativity to deliver world-class, free-to-play games. 

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product Team team in Perth and are currently looking for a Senior product designer to join the team. 

In this role you will collaborate with Design, Product, Engineering, and Research teams to create user-centered solutions that solve business problems across key customer touch points. Using Figma as the primary design tool, you will develop and optimise product designs that drive engagement and usability, while building out a design library.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to develop and refine user-centric design solutions.
• Leverage prototyping, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate and improve product interactions.
• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and design assets that align with business objectives and branding.
• Develop and enhance design systems, including Figma libraries, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Work within Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) to align design processes with product development workflows.
  
  

What you will bring to the role:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Web Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive and user-centered designs.
• Expertise in Figma – including building outdesign systems and best practices in component setup and file organisation
• Expertise in user testing through prototypes and static designs, and interpreting feedback into player-centric experiences
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
