Back Office Customer Support Representative

Our Payments, Trust and Safety - AMOE team in Manila is currently looking for a Back Office Customer Support Representative to join the team.

The Back Office Customer Representative is responsible for validating, crediting data entries and provides customer support for all related concerns to different teams.  

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Perform validation on data entries.
  • Perform the crediting of valid data entries.
  • Provide support to the customer on concerns in regard to data entries.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all internal and external processing systems and provide  a high-quality review of data.
  • Provide support to other teams regarding concerns on data entries.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Email and chat support experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written and highly collaborative. 
  • Ensures high standards, initiative and is able to solve complex problems with minor supervision.
  • Being meticulous and showing close attention to all of the small details of the task.
  • Demonstrates the curiosity and drive to get to the root of a problem.
  • Customer-focused - giving excellent customer experience to ensure customer’s satisfaction

We primarily operate in a remote environment; however, we appreciate a flexible approach with regards to travel to Metro Manila if required on occasion. Any changes to our remote work arrangement will be communicated with ample notice.
