We have an exciting opportunity to join our Technology team in Perth and are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer to join the team. 

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at VGW, you will sit between our product and engineering teams, translating product requirements into practical technical solutions. You’ll design, build and manage integrations across our Salesforce ecosystem, working with stakeholders to solve complex problems and ensure features are implemented effectively.

Our Salesforce stack is a highly customised ecosystem built on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. You will work across a sophisticated stack supporting Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice, while leveraging the latest AI capabilities through Agentforce and Data Cloud. Our architecture is deeply integrated, managing complex data flows across AWS (ECS/EKS), Kotlin, and Snowflake to ensure a robust and scalable platform.

What you will bring to the role:

• Deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with strong hands on development in Apex and complex customisations.
• Salesforce certifications, ideally within the Architect pathway. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly regarded but not required.
• Able to translate complex technical problems into clear, practical solutions, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working cross functionally with product, engineering and other stakeholders to manage dependencies and deliver solutions successfully.
• Familiarity with modern Salesforce data and AI capabilities, such as Data Cloud and Agentforce.
