Implementation Associate

As an Implementation Associate at Via, you play a huge role in making these goals a reality on the ground. You will serve as the critical bridge between our commercial and technical teams as we launch transformative public transit services around the world. You will be responsible for the technical configuration and delivery of TransitTech products, collaborating with a variety of teams at Via to ensure every partner gets a world-class system tailored to their needs. 

In this role, you'll get your hands on every corner of Via's product ecosystem, becoming a go-to resource across the org for commercial teams, engineers, product managers and more. 

What You'll Do:

• Build and execute rigorous test plans across a wide variety of platforms (iOS, Android, web, and more), holding the bar high on quality and user experience.
• Ensure real-world scenarios and user expectations are accurately simulated before launch – because what goes live is what real riders experience on the ground.
• Be the connective tissue between Business and Technical teams, translating real-world partner needs into polished, production-ready TransitTech products.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Expansion teams across the globe, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and moving fast.
• Own projects end-to-end – from scoping and planning all the way to delivery – acting as the technical project manager who keeps everything on track and on time.

Who You Are:

• Go-getter with 0-2 years of professional work (or work-study) experience.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, and are able to translate complex technical concepts for any audience. 
• You love digging into the technical details to understand systems and drive continuous improvements.
• You’re equally comfortable collaborating across teams and working independently. 
• You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift — and you never let that become an excuse for slipping on quality.
• You're genuinely excited about technology and obsessed with the end-user experience.
• A background in computer science or a related technical field strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Final salary will be determined by the candidate’s experience, knowledge, and skills. Salary reflected does not include equity or variable pay, where applicable.
• Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
