Proposal Enablement Associate

As a Proposal Enablement Associate, you will work to improve mobility by working with senior members of the Strategy Team to deliver thoughtful, expertly prepared proposals. You will develop a deep understanding of potential partners’ transportation challenges and goals, learn Via’s unique technical and operational strengths, and coordinate high-quality written proposals for effective shared mobility services.
What You'll Do:
- Work closely with proposal managers to submit compliant proposals.
- Coordinate with Via’s Legal and Finance teams to review and address detailed regulatory, financial, and compliance requirements.
- Develop working knowledge of internal databases and systems in order to respond effectively to complex compliance and operational requirements, and to make informed recommendations of tools, workflows, and strategies that may improve these processes.
- Work closely with Strategy Team leadership to develop new AI strategies, best practices, and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Lead and support the continuous maintenance and improvement of documentation, processes, and knowledge management systems.
- Drive top-of-the-funnel opportunity review processes, including facilitating go/no go recommendations, managing agenda for executive discussion, and reporting on outcomes.
- Skillfully manage communications across internal teams and external partners.
Who You Are:
- An analytical mindset and critical thinking skills are necessary, although prior legal experience is not.
- Meticulous and vigilant, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills and an eagerness to help others.
- A positive can-do attitude, good judgment, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Willing to wear multiple hats and work on projects of all types, big and small.
- High-energy and enjoy working autonomously.
- Able to independently own projects and creatively address complex administrative challenges.
- Notary public commission is a plus.
- Must be based in NYC and available to work from the office 1-3 days a week.
Compensation and Benefits:
- All final pay rates will be determined by candidates experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
- Pay Range: $65,000-$85,000.
