As an Account Executive (Remix), you’re the face of Remix by Via to prospective customers, driving regional sales efforts across the public and private sectors in North America. In this dynamic role, you’ll generate new business, demonstrate the value of our software, share best practices in transport planning and street design, and guide prospects from first conversation to signed partnership. With a consultative approach, technical curiosity, and a self-starter mentality, you will build relationships, navigate complex sales processes, and turn challenges into opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify prospective partners in your territory and build meaningful, lasting, revenue-generating relationships with stakeholders ranging from elected officials to private-sector business leaders. Drive full-cycle sales efforts to develop new business opportunities, working to make transit better across North America.
  • Strategically navigate your market’s unique buying landscape, leveraging research and analytical skills to build compelling, data-driven business cases and demonstrate our platform’s value across diverse verticals.
  • Be a thought partner to prospective clients by educating and consulting with them to develop regional transit plans and find funding mechanisms within your market.
  • Champion our mission and technology by leading local marketing campaigns, speaking at events, and providing consistent thought leadership in the mobility space.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate market insights and customer feedback into opportunities for product development and growth.

Who You Are:

  • You have 4+ years of client-facing experience in sales, business development, consulting, or a related field, with a track record of delivering results.
  • You have experience in transit technology, transportation, or mobility, or a strong interest in learning about the industry.
  • A consultative thinker who enjoys building relationships, understanding complex client needs, and using research and data to develop compelling narratives.
  • A persuasive communicator with strong commercial judgment, able to navigate negotiations, adapt to different stakeholders, and maximize deal value.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity and overcoming setbacks.
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality. You enjoy fast-paced environments, aren’t deterred by setbacks or pivots, and thrive in roles requiring a very high degree of responsibility.

What We Offer:

  • Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000. Total compensation also includes variable pay and equity.
  • Comprehensive health coverage, with low-cost dental and vision plans
  • A 401(k) with company match and vesting
  • Fully paid parental leave for new parents, with extended leave options
  • Additional benefits (mental health, pet insurance, and other wellness perks)
  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO) annually
  • A hybrid work and a lovely office situated in New York City

There has never been a more exciting time to be on the cutting edge of public mobility. Ready to join the ride?
