An impressive mission requires an equally impressive Product Marketing Lead

VIA is seeking a relationship-driven, execution-focused Product Marketing Lead to completely own VIA's presence in the payments sector from end to end. In this role, you will be the ultimate marketing point person, not just driving our strategy at high-profile events, but actively co-marketing with key ecosystem partners to turn those moments into powerful multi-channel content. From writing joint case studies and drafting partner-focused social campaigns to coordinating the production of video content and managing co-branded website updates. You will blend mission-critical logistics with relationship management and creative storytelling. If you thrive on variety, operate with urgency, and want to own a sector’s marketing lifecycle and partner relationships from concept to execution, this role was built for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead partner marketing coordination: Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for VIA's strategic partner ecosystem including a growing portfolio of payment, enterprise, and humanitarian partners. Proactively manage these relationships to design and execute joint marketing plans, keep shared deliverables on track, and turn inbound partner requests into structured, high-quality outputs
  • Tell high-impact co-branded stories: Build the narrative assets that bring our partnerships to life. Co-author joint press releases, lead the creation of collaborative case studies, and coordinate compelling video testimonials that demonstrate the real-world impact of VIA's technology in the hands of our partners to drive inbound demand for future partnerships
  • Amplify and elevate partner-led initiatives: Support and amplify local, on-the-ground events and initiatives hosted by our partners, identifying strategic opportunities to naturally position VIA’s technology within their programs
  • Design and execute high-touch, targeted events: Plan and run, high-impact events tailored to distinct mission-critical audiences where relationships are built, stories are told, and VIA's impact is felt in the room
  • Own the payments digital presence: Maintain and optimize our partner-facing web pages. Ensure partner logos and graphics, joint capability messaging, and collaborative product descriptions accurately reflect the current state of our partnerships and the breadth of what we've built together

Requirements

What you will bring to this role:

  • Experience: 4+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or relationship-focused B2B marketing, ideally within fintech, digital infrastructure, public sector, or humanitarian ecosystems. Experience managing external relationships with organizations you don't control is essential
  • External relationship management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills paired with a demonstrated ability to manage collaborative relationships across organizations, building trust with partner stakeholders, aligning on joint deliverables, and maintaining momentum even when priorities shift on their side
  • Event and asset execution: Proven experience organizing specialized, corporate or public-affairs events alongside strong writing capability for joint case studies, press releases, and technical capability summaries. You're as comfortable in a planning doc as you are in a room with a foreign dignitary

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
