Project Manager, IRIS.TV

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Reporting to the CEO of IRIS.TV, the Project Manager will support the execution of company strategy by translating priorities into actionable tasks, timelines, and deliverables coordinated across functional teams. This role works closely with Marketing and Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to help scope initiatives, track progress, and support teams in moving high-priority work forward. The Project Manager will assist in monitoring timelines, surfacing risks, and providing clear updates to leadership to help drive alignment and timely execution of cross-department initiatives. This role blends project management with hands-on executive and operational support in a fast-moving startup environment, offering broad exposure to leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the day-to-day operations of a growing company.

 

THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • Translate company strategy and CEO priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables across functional teams

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to drive timely execution

  • Scope initiatives, define goals and dependencies, and track progress against milestones

  • Monitor timelines, surface risks and issues, and provide clear, regular updates to leadership

  • Maintain project workflows and tools (e.g., Asana) and continuously improve project management processes

  • Provide hands-on executive support, including CEO scheduling, meeting preparation, notes, and follow-through on action items

  • Support executive communications and ensure initiatives are routed to the appropriate teams and owners

  • Plan and support company-wide meetings, onboarding activities, and operational rhythms that reinforce alignment and culture

  • Maintain operational documentation, systems, and resources to support a growing organization

  • Support CEO and CMO initiatives, including CRM accuracy, marketing operations, and performance tracking

GREAT TO HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of project management or related experience preferred

  • Proficient in common business tools (Microsoft, Google Workspace, Asana, HubSpot) with the ability to quickly learn new systems; familiarity with Connected TV and online video is a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to discuss technical concepts and incorporate feedback across stakeholders

  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Self-starter who can work independently or collaboratively and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Base compensation range: $70,000 - $75,000
In accordance with California law, the range provided is Viant’s reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role.  Final title and compensation for the position will be based on several factors including work experience and education.
