Software Engineer

About the Role

You'll design and deliver scalable software solutions that power next-generation infrastructure. This role gives you real ownership over product direction and the chance to grow into product ownership while working with current technology and AI-assisted tools. You'll use AI as a core part of how you build, taking full accountability for the quality of what ships.

• Work with stakeholders, engineers, and domain experts to build high-impact solutions from concept to production
• Write clean, reusable code and use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Develop test scripts and use automation tools and debuggers across the full technology stack
• Design and implement APIs, backend services, and event-based architectures
• Improve development workflows through CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native practices
• Contribute to product direction over time, using qualitative feedback and analytics to identify opportunities

What You'll Bring

• Have 3+ years of software development experience with careful, hands-on technical fundamentals
• Are proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js, with API development experience
• Have experience with AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing frameworks
• Have genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development and hold yourself accountable for everything that goes out the door
• Bring a thoughtful problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and maintainability
• Are curious about the product side of the work, not just the build
